When I click on my edufire or my classes, I can't see the classes that I recorded anywhere. Is it just because I'm the teacher and only students can view them?

Yo !

It's obviously very interesting to record a lesson because if the lesson is bad you can check it, remake it, improve it and erase the bad lesson.
If the lesson is good you can use it and go to the beach because the teacher is almost unnecessary :-)
The problem is : I have no beach next door !
